With first hand experience of what it takes to travel a journey of tragedy and self discovery, Karen brings her life expereince to her role as a transformational coach, incorporating Mindfulness, NLP, CBT and other holistic wellness interventions into her coaching practice. Karen has a deep interest in developing and strengthening the mind/body connection to optimize health and wellbeing.

Niamh specialises in building lasting relationships, putting customer service at the heart of what she does. Niamh brings a special blend of magic to her role as a Zing Certificed Coach, working with clients to help them realise their potential through motivation and encouragement. She believes that everyone has what it takes to tap into hidden potential and is on hand to walk the journey with our Zing Clients.
Family and Teen Coach
Jasmine is a certified family coach and a qualified teacher. She has 17 years international experience. She works with teens and young adults helping them build self-confidence and resilience to support them in finding their place in society
Jasmine's personal journey into coaching was shaped at university when she faced unexpected personal issues. She began working on her own journey to find herself and that's when her life started to change. Jasmine brings everything she has learned and more, into her role as a teen and family coach.
Dale is a business and career coach with a background in marketing, communications and professional services consultancy. Working for over 20 years in multi-national companies Dale’s coaching ethos is about evoking excellence in others and believes that getting clearer in our thinking, leads to better action and better results.

Dr. Ailis is passionate about achieving optimal health as a means to leading a full enjoyable life, using holistic and effective approaches to help clients reach their health and wellness goals. Dr. Ailis has explored a myriad of approaches to health and well-being and recognises the need for an integrated model of health which values the importance of creating health on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
